Returns and Exchanges: If you are less than fully satisfied with your online purchase, send it back to us for exchange or refund. Returns for a refund or exchange will be accepted within 14 days from date of receipt. Returned items must be in perfect condition, accompanied by all original tags and the original packing slip or receipt indicating the reason for your return. The value of the merchandise returned will be credited to the exact form of payment used for the original purchase. Please note that, according to our shipping policy, shipping cost and handling fee are not refundable. All returns not meeting the above requirements will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
